2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use PX AI services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Billing

Credits are used to access AI features. Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Generating harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated through our services belongs to you. However, PX AI retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

PX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
